See the E-Class in a new light
Price from US$ 81,900 - US$103,900
For over 60 years the E-Class and its predecessors have been the “heart” of Mercedes-Benz, representing brand values like safety, comfort, innovation, economy and quality.
Since 1946 Mercedes-Benz has delivered some ten million units of luxury sedans to customers all over the world.

4-cylinder engines
E-Class driving pleasure begins with the E200K Avantgarde. The supercharger technology increases the pressure in the intake system, thus improving the degree of cylinder charging, which in turn boosts output, particularly at low revs. The result is 135 kW (184 hp), which propels the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.1 seconds, the peak torque is 250 Nm.
Yet the engine is quite restrained as far as noise is concerned. Frugal consumption and emissions are within the EU4 limits, making the E200K Avangarde an economical and environmentally friendly car too.
6-cylinder engines
The "secret" of the V6 engines in the E280 Elegance lies in the sophisticated technology package. By way of example, all four camshafts benefit from variable valve timing across the entire engine speed range, thus ensuring high torque even at bottom-end revs.
Furthermore, fuel consumption is reduced thanks to optimised combustion, while a balancer shaft ensures smoother running.
